Cartooning and Illustration

Open to students rising to the 1st grade and up, we will create an original illustration, superhero or other cartoon character, and design a cartoon strip or even develop a cartoon book!

Students have a wonderful time in this class. Imagination is our primary tool.

Based on the student’s desires and skill level, instruction spans from learning to lay out a simple story board to drawing the figure, muscle mass and perspective. Students learn how to make characters “come to life” and appear to jump right off the page!
